Jef Graham is a strong operational executive with decades of global experience in the computer networking industry in hardware, software and services. He has spent over 20 years as a CEO/EVP in large public companies and private start-ups. He has an extensive background in global product development of software & hardware networking and possesses outstanding global go-to-market experience in the Enterprise market. He has created and driven new business initiatives in mobile, wireless, cable & cloud. Jef knows the Silicon Valley Venture Community very well and has raised over $200m and created exits in excess of $800m. Jef has managed several global business acquisitions, integrations and divestitures. He is well known in Silicon Valley as an energetic, inspirational leader with creative visionary skills who drives operations to makes thing happen at a fast pace. He has a reputation for achieving outstanding business results with highly motivated, process driven teams.
From 2016 to 2018, Jef served as CEO of Console Connect, a provider of global direct cloud connectivity solutions. Console was acquired by PCCW at the end of 2017. From 2006 to 2015, Jef served as the CEO of RGB Networks, a provider of video and bandwidth management products. RGB was acquired by Imagine Communications in 2015. In 2005, Jef served as an EVP at Juniper Networks, a provider of IP networking and security products, after they acquired Peribit Networks. From 2001 to 2005, Jef served as the CEO of Peribit Networks, a provider of wide area network optimization appliances. From 1995 to 2000, Jef served as the SVP of the Commercial and Consumer Business Unit for 3Com Corporation, where he managed all networking product development. From 1993 to 1995, he served as the CEO of Trident Systems, a document management systems integrator, which was acquired in 1995. Jef also worked for Hewlett-Packard Company for 15 years, including ten years in Sales and Marketing around the world and 5 years as General Manager of a hardware and a software division.
From 2005 to present, Jef has served on the Board of Directors of NetGear, a public consumer connectivity company in Silicon Valley.
Jef holds an Honors Degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom. He is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom and he speaks English, German and French.
